Service agreements
Any purchased service is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal covering scope, pricing, payment, data handling, support and usage limits. The launch pricing shown on this website is confirmed in the client proposal. Service usage is reviewed with the client after 90 days before any future plan or price change.
Emergency limitations
Voxa is not an emergency service. The system does not replace 911, fire, police, medical services, property staff or qualified repair professionals. Clients are responsible for approving escalation rules, keeping contact details current and maintaining their own emergency procedures.
Third-party services
Phone, text, email, scheduling, hosting and AI functions may depend on third-party providers. Availability can be affected by carrier, internet, provider or device failures outside the reasonable control of Voxa.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
Intellectual property
The Voxa AI name, website design, copy and product demonstrations are owned by Voxa AI or used with permission. You may not copy or commercially reuse them without written permission.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Voxa is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
